Interview for a role at Sky Connect
Our Get Hired events are your opportunity to take part in online interviews for live job vacancies. The first part of the day will include an interactive workshop with a Corporate Volunteer where they will share tips, techniques and give you feedback to help you prepare for the real job interviews. You'll then interview with Sky Connect for a role as a Service Executive.
Sky Connect is Sky’s new B2B broadband business, offering purpose-built business products, exceptional customer service and simple pricing with no hidden fees.
Targeted at small businesses, Sky Connect offers ‘Connection Pro’ an automatic 4G internet back-up product and a digital phone service with more call management features than anyone else, to ensure customers always stay connected.
About the role
This role in Sky Connect sits within the Customer Operations Office which is responsible for driving all aspects of the Sky consumer subscription business.
The Sky Connect Service Executive role will engage with onboarding new business customers into Sky Connect seamlessly through provisioning and assurance process steps.
They are also responsible for providing technical support and service by promptly answering inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information whilst troubleshooting and problem solving with a small business customer, and dealing with general day to day enquiries relating to a business account.

The successful candidate will need to work in Leeds at least two days a week, travel expenses will be covered for 6 months.
