We recognise that young people are facing challenging circumstances due to prolonged interruption to their education, so we have designed a new free three-week online programme to support young people aged 16-18 years old who are transitioning to the next stage of their education or entering the world of work.
Achieve Transition will provide young people (16-18) with an opportunity to bridge the gap that has been created in these challenging times. The Achieve Transition programme will give young people the chance to explore self-reflection and the opportunity to build key skills for their future.
The course will explore a range of topics through engaging activities, with the option to link them to
Our Personal Development & Employability (PDE) Skills qualifications. Example topics include wellbeing and resilience, planning for personal development, money management and world of work.
The Achieve Transition programme is a real opportunity for young people (16-18) to ask and consider difficult questions about their future education or career choices in a safe and reflective environment.
